Who we are?

Chipfix is a family owned and operated business founded by Len Ducrou.

Prior to founding Chipfix, Len was employed by Caesarstone Australia as their NSW Technical Manager and quickly became known in the industry as the #1 Stone Repairer in Sydney.

Len became a Factory Trained repairer following his visit to the Caesarstone factory in Israel, where he gained an in-depth understanding of how this premium engineered stone is made.

Following years of experience, Len developed a unique process and custom-made technology to provide high-quality stone repairs, matching the stone to its original condition.

In 2015 Chipfix was created. Soon after, Lens’ son Brad and daughter Kelly joined the business and were taught the skills required to uphold the strong reputation of Sydney’s #1 stone benchtop repairer.

Now with several trained repairers on the road, Chipfix can service more customers across Greater Sydney, regional NSW and beyond.

Chipfix continues to be the Preferred Caesarstone Repairer in NSW, as well as all other brands of engineered stone such as Essastone, Quantum Quartz, Q stone, Silestone, Smart stone, Talostone, Dekton, just to name a few. Chipfix technicians are also trained in quality repairs to all Granite, Marble, and tiled surfaces.
